Your chords sound very close to the original. This is because all of these are from the same root. I have compared with the song and have found that the version that I have put up sounds the closest.

The Cm major in the 1st line can be replaced by a Eb but not F ....(like D for Bm, C for Am, etc) - similarly your chords are "harmonized" - that is to say that they sound very close and may work.

Do you play keyboard? If so, try playing notes and see what matches. Normally when I come up with chords I see where melody or notes of song are going. Then I try different possible combination of chords that sound or fit good in relation with scale. As last test I play along with song. Sometimes though, one or two of my chords are different but still keep it because in certain cases chords are interpretive and there is no definite answer as right/wrong. It is just our choice of harmonic sound. Example: Cm and Eb Major chords where Eb and G are common in both so one can be confused as to which one to choose if melody is around these. In such cases personal choice and/or better listening helps. Playing the chord progression again and again also points out some errors that we make when we initially come up with chords. Hope this helps.

Hi Sarindam,

I just felt that strumming pattern is missing out here. If I am wrong, please correct me. My observation/learned to play like this from my guitarist listening.
