Learning the Guitar:
1. Get a guitar - buy one, borrow one, hire one, what ever. Its very difficult to understand the guitar and the music theory or the fundamental physics without the instrument.

3. Its best said on the outset that the best way to learn the guitar is to get a personal tutor to get you through the hoops.

4. You need a fixed amount of time every day, or at least, every couple of days to learn and practice the guitar if you wish to master it.

5. The guitar will give you lots of painful fingers for the first few (about six) months, till the callouses fully develop on your fingers. Just plough through - its not that excruciating. Guitar is definitely a no-pain-no-gain thing - so keep that in mind. It will be hard, but it will be fruitful in the end.

6. Music is a vast and complicated subject and. For the basic level players who can not enroll for an college degree in music, a simple text book would be helpful. This free music theory e-book is available, on this site. This is not meant to be a substitute for standard textbooks though. It is useful for at home unsupervised study. If you have any difficulties or certain points that you wish to be more clearly explained, post a comment on the relevant page and I'll try and get back to you as soon as as can.

7. Never get demoralised. Hammer on.

Hope you find this useful and best of luck!!.

Each song has been posted in sections and these are accessible from each of the song's pages in the manner explained below:
View:
{ Chords } - { Strum } - { Tabs } - { Lyrics } - { PDF } - { Videos }

Chords - contains chords with lyrics of the song
Strum - explains the strum patten and other ways of playing that song

Lyrics - contains the bare lyrics of the song for you to
         try your hand at chording
PDF - used to contain the printable pdfs. Removed.
Some older pages still have these links (sorry).
Videos - links to a YouTube search page for the song
(original video / video tutorial if anyone has posted)
The header of each song page contains some of the source and ownership details of the song. All artists / owners of the song have not been mentioned barring the vocalist(s) (in general), as the purpose of this is to serve to identify the song only. There are several copyrights holders to a song and mentioning them all may not be feasible, especially for older songs, without spending superfluous amounts of time on researching. The links from the headers are to the Wikipedia (for neutral opinion) page of the same (in general) and may contain further details.

Songs / videos are not embedded within pages for copyrights reasons - the 'videos' link only takes you to a YouTube search page for the song. If it has been made available there you may be able to play it. Moreover, there may be video tutorials uploaded there by others.

You most certainly can, as long as its not duplicate content. As I see, you have music blogs of your own with these chords. Newer versions / other songs - most certainly, but no copies please.
